Showcasing incredible talent and offering collectors the finest in traditional fine art since 1985.
Paul Youngman majored in fine art and graphic design at UCLA and became an architectural and freelance illustrator. After 20 years in commercial art, he expanded upon his natural ability as a painter. He has been painting scenes in the Napa Valley and beyond since 1994, and continues to be a favorite of fine art collectors. He is a Signature member of Oil Painters of America (OPA), and Artist Member of California Art Club (CAC). Youngman paintings have appeared in several movies, as well as features in national art magazines and books.
Ralph Love was born in Los Angeles in 1907. When visiting a museum there at the age of about twelve, he remembered looking at the old Masters. It was then he said to himself, "I can do that!". And he did. Ralph Love painted from then on, and in the late 1930's to early 1940's, studied and painted with Early California Artist Sam Hyde Harris. One day Harris said to Ralph, "Well, Ralph, I can't teach you any more...you're on your own." That was all of his "formal" art education. The rest he gleaned from the many art books he read. It was in the 1950's that he discovered the Grand Canyon. From that time on, his reputation as an artist grew, and that subject, as well as California deserts, became his iconic symbol. To own a Ralph Love painting is to own a part of the West in all its beauty and intrigue.
